    Pengaruh Loyalitas Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (Studi Kasus Lpd Desa Adat Kedonganan)

    LPD atau Lembaga Perkreditan Desa merupakan sumber pendapatan asli desa adat, karena 20% keuntungannya digunakan untuk pemberdayaan desa adat. Untuk tetap mempertahankan eksistensi dan kemajuan LPD maka diperlukan pegawai yang mempunyai loyalitas tinggi. Loyalitas ini yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja sebuah organisasi atau Perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas pegawai terhadap kinerja. Tempat penelitian adalah di LPD Desa Adat Kedonganan. Penelitian ini alah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik Probability Sampling yakni Sampel Jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai LPD Desa Adat Kedonganan sebanyak 61 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner tertutup kepada sampel. Indikator dalam penelitian diuji dengan melakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengujian terhadap hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,083 + 0,724 X1 + e. Hasil dari R Square sebesar 0,635 menjelaskan bahwa sebesar 63,5% variabel Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel Loyalitas Pegawai

    Civil servant which required placement effectively . Employee placement must be applied selectively according to the right position to be able to bring the agency on the expected performance result . But the organization structure in the Departement Of Transportation Denpasar did not correspond to current needs. This type of research is a quantitative research. Population studied are the civil servant in the Department Of Transportation Denpasar with the amount to 154 people . The sample in this study was 61 people by using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that employee placement positive and significant impact on performance, with the regression equation Y = 23.037 + 0.540 X. Result of R Square meaning that of 46.7% performance variation effected by variations in employee placement, while the remaining 53.3% explained by other factors

    Peningkatan wajib pajak dilakukan salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Salah satu pelayanan pajak daerah yang baru ditangani Dinas Pendapatan Kota Denpasar adalah Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBBP2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar PBBP2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak jumlah sampel yaitu 100 wajib pajak. Hasil analisis temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepatuhan wajib pajak PBBP2 di Dinas Pendapatan Kota Denpasar dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan pajak secara positif dan signifikan dengan hasil R2 sebesar 78,4%. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana menunjukan kepatuhan wajib pajak akan menurun 5,677 apabila kualitas pelayanan konstan. Sebaliknya kepatuhan akan meningkat 0,523 bila kualitas pelayanan meningkat 1%. Dari uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung (18,873) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,984)

    The focus of this research is the Effect of JKBM Service Quality on Inpatients Satisfaction at Public Hospital of Klungkung Regency Year 2014 by using problem's formulation β€œhow great the Effect of JKBM Service Quality on Inpatients Satisfaction at Public Hospital of Klungkung Regency?”. The method used in this research was associative quantitative because the objective of this research was to know the effect and the relation between two variables. The research population was 138 on Inpatients that use JKBM service at Public Hospital of Klungkung Regency, with the sample amount was 103 respondents. Indicators used to measure the Quality of JKBM Service in this study gained from Lenvinne theory (1990) that contains 3 indicators are Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability, four factors that be able to influence customers satisfaction according to Rangkuti (2006) that consists of Value, Competitiveness, Customers Perception, Service Stages, and Service Moment. The collecting data used questionnaires. The data analysis technical used simple linear regression test resulted Y = 4,115 + 0,388 X1, means that high and low quality of JKBM service gained by inpatients Satisfaction of Public Hospital at Klungkung Regency. Simple correlation analyzed result (R) was 0.866, positive or unidirectional, t-test test with accounting result of tcount was greater than ttable (17.417> 1.658), so HO refused and H1 accepted. So it can be concluded there is significant Effect between JKBM Service Quality towards inpatients Satisfaction at Public Hospital of Klungkung Regency Year 2014 with the amount 75% while the rest's amount 25% influenced by other factors. So the researcher's hypothesis stated that "there is Effect between JKBM Service Quality Towards Inpatients Satisfaction at Public Hospital of Klungkung Regency Year 2014 based on the research's result or it can be said to be accepted

    Village Consultative Body (BPD) is a village-level institutions which carry out the functions of government. The Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village at this time strengthens the function of Village Consultative Body (BPD) is the supervisory function mainly supervisory function BPD conducted on the absorption Budget Village (APBDes). The purpose of this study is to determine the supervisory function of BPD in the absorption APBDes by referring to the Law No. 6 of 2014 by using the steps in the regulatory process, namely (1) the establishment of standards, (2) the determination of the measurement of the activities, (3) measurement of the activities, (4) comparing the implementation of standards and analysis of deviations and (5) taking corrective action when needed as well as the principles of good governance: accountability, transparency and participation. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study is the technique of interview, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring function BPD based on stages in the regulatory process has been implemented, but could not be implemented to the fullest by BPD Riang Gede because BPD could not be close to the village community. When viewed from the principles of good governance in the absorption APBDes in Desa Riang Gede could not be implemented to the maximal by the village government for accountability, transparency and participation have not been able to reach all the village community. Other obstacles that cause BPD Riang Gede has not been able to implement good performance due to the busy activities of BPD members who have other jobs besides carrying out oversight functions APBDes. Besides the lack of operational funds for BPD members in carrying out its performance also affects the performance of BPD

    Education Services in Denpasar have been frequently covered by the media particularly several issues regarding fraud in the implementation of the National Examination and the Admission of new students. In addition, the Bali Provincial Representative of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman also received many complaints related to the implementation of public services in education in the City of Denpasar. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine how the role of the Bali Provincial Representative of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman in implementing the monitoring of public services related to education in the City of Denpasar. The findings show that the supervision or monitoring conducted by the Bali Provincial Representative of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman has given good results
